Suggested Android Tablet

Suggested Android Tablet

Postby TD72 » Sat Sep 01, 2012 1:43 pm

Hello,

I do not have an Android tablet and I was wondering what would be an adequate 10" Android Tablet to buy for the main purpose of using it with the "Touch Pilot" app for the various simulation games?

Well, I only have 7 inch tablets, so I can't speak from experience, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10 is pretty popular. Also the Asus Transformer, and Motorola Xoom.

If you want to look at a 7 inch, the Nexus 7 appears to be excellent, and is a steal for 200 USD.

Amazon is about to announce a new tablet. Not sure, but it might be a 10 Kindle Fire. Hope that helps.

I have the Nexus 7 and think it's great, everything works fine in Touch Pilot but I have big fingers and would probably prefer a 10" tablet if I had the choice, having said that 10"ers are more expensive and less portable so it's swings and roundabouts.
