Touch Pilot Server Installation Problem

On touch pilot server installation I got error message "Failed to assign compatible ID, or installation cancelled". And then installation was cancelled by system.
I am on Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit Macbook Pro.

Please help.

Beside that, my windows give a notice that there was a problem on installer package.
I try to re-download the installer.
And still got the same problem.
